Messenger was awarded the contract to construct a new extension inclusive of basement, tanking and waterproofing, conservatory and alterations to the existing house, inclusive of removal of existing fittings, surface finishings and appointments, electrical and mechanical installations. The contract works also include internal and external structural alterations/re-profiling, new services installations and the upgrade of internal and external finishes and decorations.
