Back to School

Published: 15th August 2024

Our Burntwood team went back to school recently, assisting Fulfen Primary with a new timber fence.

The school is close to the team’s heart. Located in central Burntwood, it was attended by many of the Staffs team’s children and has become a hub for community events. So, when Fulfen reached out on Facebook looking for assistance with their new garden area, Messenger leapt to the challenge.

The school had already created a hands-on gardening area for the children, where they can learn about the production of fruit and vegetables, as well as care for several class chickens. Messenger stepped in to ensure this wonderful learning space was well protected, installing a secure timber fence around its perimeter. Working over three days, the fence was successfully erected, much to the delight of both the children and teachers who can now safely enjoy the space.

We’re always proud to use our skills to support our communities and are looking forward to continuing to work with Fulfen School on future projects.
