Wayford Manor House Somerset

Following widespread problems with Collyweston roofing works previously completed to part of Wayford Manor, Messenger was contacted to provide specialist advice. Upon investigation it was determined that unfortunately, the new roofing works were failing extensively and the only way forward was to start again. Messenger was subsequently awarded the contract to strip back, re-felt, re-batten and re-lay the Collyweston stone slate roof. The roof was re-layed using predominately slates from the original roof, with a small quantity of re-claimed material as required.
